24-Hour Inspection and Return Policy
Every watch purchased directly from Superlative Watch Co. includes a 24-hour inspection period beginning at the carrier's recorded delivery time.
Material misdescription or misrepresentation
If the watch is grossly not as described or materially misrepresented, the buyer must notify Superlative Watch Co. in writing at sales@superlativewatchco.com within twenty-four (24) hours of recorded delivery. The notice should include the order number and photographs or video sufficient to show the claimed discrepancy.
After the discrepancy is verified, Superlative Watch Co. will provide either:
- a replacement watch acceptable to the buyer and of comparable value, subject to availability; or
- a refund of the purchase price.
Return authorization and condition
Do not ship a watch back without written return authorization and secure-shipping instructions from Superlative Watch Co. To remain eligible:
- the watch must remain in the condition received and may not be worn beyond reasonable inspection, sized, altered, opened, serviced or damaged after delivery;
- all boxes, papers, cards, links, accessories, stickers, tags, protective materials, packaging and documentation supplied with the watch must be returned; and
- the buyer must cooperate with reasonable verification, carrier and insurance procedures.
What this policy does not cover
This is an inspection remedy for material misdescription or misrepresentation. It is not a general change-of-mind return policy. It does not cover buyer's remorse, fit, personal preference, market-price movement, financing or payment-arrangement changes, or minor characteristics that were disclosed or are reasonably consistent with the stated age and condition of the watch.
Damage or incorrect delivery
Visible shipping damage, an incorrect item or a package discrepancy must also be reported in writing within 24 hours of recorded delivery. Preserve all packaging and do not discard shipping materials while a carrier or insurance review is pending.
Special orders, sourced watches and deposits
Special orders, sourced watches, negotiated transactions and deposits are firm once sourcing or procurement begins, unless different terms are approved in writing. They remain covered by the same remedy if the delivered watch is grossly not as described or materially misrepresented.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty coverage, when present, is described on the individual listing or invoice and is subject to the manufacturer's own terms, eligibility rules and service decisions. Superlative Watch Co. does not provide a separate 12-month or 18-month dealer warranty unless a written warranty is expressly included for the specific watch.
Refund processing
An approved refund will be initiated promptly after the returned watch and all included items are received and inspected. Refunds are normally sent back through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to payment-processor, bank, fraud-prevention and legal requirements.
Independent dealer disclosure
Superlative Watch Co. is an independent luxury-watch dealer and is not an authorized retailer for Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, Hublot, Breitling, IWC, Chopard, Girard-Perregaux or any other watch brand unless expressly stated. Brand names and trademarks are used solely to identify products.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
