Superlative Watch Co. is an independent luxury-watch retailer with an administrative address in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Purchases and payments are coordinated remotely; insured nationwide shipping is available, and personal delivery may be arranged at customer locations in select Pennsylvania and Florida service areas. The payment methods available for a specific purchase depend on the watch, transaction amount, buyer verification, destination and written invoice.
Available payment methods
- Bank wire: Wire transfer is commonly used for high-value watch transactions. The exact beneficiary, bank details and payment reference are provided for the confirmed order.
- Zelle or another approved electronic method: Availability and sending limits depend on the buyer’s financial institution and the transaction. Confirm the approved account details directly with our team before sending funds.
- Affirm Pay Over Time: Affirm may be available through Shopify checkout for eligible orders and is subject to Affirm approval, transaction limits and applicable terms. Availability is shown at checkout.
Standard credit-card checkout is not offered. The written invoice or checkout identifies the accepted method and amount for the specific transaction. Do not assume that a payment method offered for one order is available for another.
Verify payment instructions before sending funds
- Confirm the exact watch, reference, price, included items and availability.
- Confirm payment instructions directly through a known Superlative Watch Co. contact channel.
- Call 305-396-0157 if bank details, beneficiary information or payment instructions change unexpectedly.
- Do not send payment based only on an unverified message, forwarded email or changed invoice.
Payment clearance and order processing
An order is accepted after Superlative Watch Co. confirms the exact watch, availability, price, payment method and transaction terms. Shipping begins only after payment has been received, cleared and verified and the applicable pre-shipment review is complete. Bank and processor timing can vary, particularly for international payments, weekends, holidays, compliance review and unusually large transactions.
Payment security and data handling
Shopify, Affirm, banks and approved payment providers process payment information under their own security systems and terms. Superlative Watch Co. does not store full bank-account, payment-card or financing-account numbers on its own systems. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
