Purchase Protection, Returns & Authenticity

No buyer-remorse returns. Direct purchases include a 72-hour written claim procedure for a materially incorrect, materially misdescribed or transit-damaged delivery. Authenticity is guaranteed separately for as long as the original retail purchaser continuously owns the specific watch we delivered.

72-hour delivery-issue procedure

Email sales@superlativewatchco.com within 72 consecutive hours after carrier-confirmed delivery if the watch is incorrect, materially differs from the written listing or invoice, or has material transit damage. Include the order number and reasonable supporting photographs or video.

  • Preserve the watch, included items and all shipping materials.
  • Do not wear, resize, polish, alter, open or service the watch beyond reasonable inspection.
  • Do not ship anything back until we provide written authorization and insured return instructions.
  • A confirmed return must be the same watch delivered and complete with every supplied item.

Permanent authenticity guarantee

Superlative Watch Co. guarantees that the specific watch and covered components delivered by us were authentic as represented at the time of delivery. This Limited Authenticity Warranty remains available for as long as the original retail purchaser continuously owns that watch. It is not limited to 72 hours and is not transferable.

Same-watch verification protects both parties

Before any authenticity remedy is issued, we must verify from the totality of our invoice, serial, movement, component, photographic, video, condition and other identifying records that the submitted watch and covered components are the same items we delivered.

A serial number, warranty card, manufacturer rejection letter or third-party report may support an investigation, but none alone proves that a submitted watch is the watch we sold or automatically creates a right to a refund. A knowingly substituted watch, component or document is not covered.
