SUPERLATIVE WATCH CO. — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Superlative Watch Co. is a DBA of B&B Luxury Trading Group LLC.
These terms apply to direct transactions with Superlative Watch Co. unless different written terms appear on the applicable invoice or purchase agreement. Transactions completed through Bezel or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that platform's separate terms.
1. Order acceptance and payment
An order is accepted only after Superlative Watch Co. confirms the exact watch, price, payment method, availability and transaction terms. Goods remain the property of B&B Luxury Trading Group LLC until cleared payment is received and delivery is completed.
Deposits and special-order payments are firm once sourcing, procurement, a supplier hold or supplier payment begins, unless a different written arrangement is approved.
2. Independent-dealer status
Superlative Watch Co. is an independent secondary-market luxury-watch dealer. We are not an authorized retailer for any watch brand unless expressly stated. Brand names, model names, reference numbers and trademarks are used for product identification.
3. Condition and product representation
The written product page and invoice identify the watch being sold. “Unworn” generally means the watch is represented as showing no visible signs of wear, but it does not mean the buyer is purchasing directly from an authorized retailer. Manufacturer-applied stickers, films, tags and packaging may be present, absent or removed and are not, by themselves, proof of use or non-use.
For pre-owned watches, condition, refinishing, service history, originality and included components vary. Known material issues are disclosed when applicable. Product photographs may show the exact watch or, when expressly identified, a representative example; buyers may request confirmation before payment.
4. Availability, sourcing and errors
Inventory and supplier availability can change. A listing, quote or cart entry is not a final guarantee of availability until confirmed. We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate specifications or availability mistakes and may decline or cancel an unconfirmed order. If cleared funds were received for an order we cannot fulfill, those funds will be returned.
5. Shipping and delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, in-stock and vendor-shipped watches generally ship within approximately 3–6 business days after cleared payment. Special orders and sourced watches can require additional time. Quoted dates are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipments use tracked, signature-required and appropriately insured methods. The buyer must provide a deliverable address and comply with carrier verification. International duties, taxes and import requirements are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. 24-hour inspection period
The buyer must inspect the watch promptly. Any claim that a watch is grossly not as described or materially misrepresented must be sent in writing to sales@superlativewatchco.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time, with the order number and reasonable supporting photographs or video.
After a material discrepancy is verified, Superlative Watch Co. will provide a replacement acceptable to the buyer, subject to availability, or a refund of the purchase price. The watch must remain in the condition received and be returned with all boxes, papers, links, accessories, packaging and documentation. The complete requirements are stated in our Refund Policy.
This inspection remedy is not a general change-of-mind return right and does not cover buyer's remorse, fit, preference or market-price changes.
7. Warranty and service
Manufacturer warranty coverage, when present, is described for the exact watch and remains subject to the manufacturer's terms, eligibility rules and service decisions. Because Superlative Watch Co. is an independent dealer, we cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will accept any particular warranty claim.
Superlative Watch Co. does not provide a separate 12-month or 18-month dealer warranty unless a written warranty is expressly included for the specific watch. After the 24-hour inspection period, ordinary wear, maintenance, regulation, pressure testing, gasket replacement and service are the owner's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Authentication and documentation
We represent watches as authentic and as described. Authentication may include sourcing review, reference and serial review, configuration, condition, documentation and accessories, and watchmaker or third-party support when appropriate. Boxes, papers and cards support provenance but do not authenticate a watch by themselves.
9. Third-party marketplaces
A watch purchased through Bezel or another marketplace follows that platform's checkout, authentication, tax, shipping, buyer-protection and return rules. Marketplace pricing may differ from direct pricing because of fees, payment-processing costs, tax treatment and platform services.
10. Limitation and non-waivable rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superlative Watch Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from market-price changes, delayed appreciation, lost use or third-party service decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where applicable. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. Any mandatory venue, arbitration or consumer-protection rule imposed by applicable law remains controlling.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These terms, the product listing, the invoice and any signed written agreement form the complete direct-transaction agreement. A written watch-specific term controls over a conflicting general website term.
