Superlative Watch Co. is a registered trade name of B&B Luxury Trading Group LLC and is an independent luxury-watch retailer with an administrative and mailing address in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Purchases are handled remotely; there is no public showroom, walk-in retail store or customer pickup location.
These terms apply to direct transactions with Superlative Watch Co. unless different written terms appear on the applicable product listing, invoice or purchase agreement. Transactions completed through Bezel or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that platform’s separate terms.
1. Order acceptance and payment
An order is accepted only after Superlative Watch Co. confirms the exact watch, price, payment method, availability and transaction terms. Goods remain the property of B&B Luxury Trading Group LLC until cleared payment is received and delivery is completed.
Deposits and special-order payments are firm once sourcing, procurement, a supplier hold or supplier payment begins, unless a different written arrangement is approved before purchase.
2. Independent-dealer status
Superlative Watch Co. is an independent secondary-market luxury-watch dealer. We are not an authorized retailer for any watch brand unless expressly stated. Brand names, model names, reference numbers and trademarks are used for product identification and do not imply manufacturer affiliation or endorsement.
3. Condition and product representation
The written product page and invoice identify the watch being sold. “Unworn” means the watch is represented as showing no visible signs of wear, but it does not mean the buyer is purchasing directly from an authorized retailer. Manufacturer-applied stickers, films, tags and packaging may be present, absent or removed and are not, by themselves, proof of use or non-use.
The current catalog focuses on unworn watches. Condition, service history, originality and included components are represented on the applicable product listing and invoice, and known material issues are disclosed when applicable. Product photographs may show the exact watch or, when expressly identified, a representative example; buyers may request confirmation before payment.
4. Availability, sourcing and errors
Inventory and supplier availability can change. A listing, quote or cart entry is not a final guarantee of availability until confirmed. We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate specifications or availability mistakes and may decline or cancel an unconfirmed order. If cleared funds were received for an order we cannot fulfill, those funds will be returned.
5. Shipping and delivery
Eligible direct U.S. orders receive complimentary insured shipping. We tender confirmed in-stock orders to FedEx within 3–6 business days after receiving cleared payment and a complete order containing all information requested at checkout. Shipments use tracking, appropriate insurance and a signature requirement. The buyer must provide a deliverable address and comply with reasonable carrier and insurance requirements. International duties, taxes and import requirements are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Final sale and 72-hour material description review
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges because of buyer’s remorse, fit, preference, a decision to prefer another watch, market-price changes, or changes in financing or payment arrangements.
If the wrong item was delivered, the shipment has material transit damage, or the watch materially differs from the written listing or invoice in a way reasonably discoverable during inspection, the buyer must notify sales@superlativewatchco.com in writing within 72 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time and include reasonable supporting photographs or video.
Do not wear, size, alter, open, service or return the watch without written authorization. A covered return must be the same watch delivered, with matching serial number and identifying characteristics, in the condition received, and complete with every supplied box, paper, card, link, accessory, tag and packaging item. This is not a general change-of-mind return right. The 72-hour procedure does not limit the Limited Authenticity Warranty or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Limited Authenticity Warranty; other warranty and service
Direct purchases include a Limited Authenticity Warranty: authenticity is guaranteed to the original retail purchaser for as long as that purchaser continuously owns the specific watch we delivered. Before any remedy is issued, Superlative Watch Co. must verify from the totality of its serial, movement, component, photographic, video, invoice, condition and other identifying records that the submitted watch and covered components are the same items delivered. A serial number, warranty card, manufacturer rejection letter, authentication report or third-party opinion alone does not establish identity or automatically create a refund right. The complete coverage, exclusions, claim procedure and remedy are stated in the Limited Authenticity Warranty and are incorporated into these terms.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, when present, is described for the exact watch and remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms, eligibility rules and service decisions. Superlative Watch Co. is an independent dealer and cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will accept a particular warranty or service claim.
Except for the Limited Authenticity Warranty, any express watch-specific written warranty and rights that cannot lawfully be limited, Superlative Watch Co. does not provide a generalized dealer warranty covering ordinary wear, maintenance, regulation, timekeeping, power reserve, water resistance, gasket replacement or later service.
8. Authentication and records
We represent watches as authentic and as described. Review may include sourcing, reference and serial verification, configuration, condition, documentation and accessories, with watchmaker or qualified third-party support when appropriate. Boxes, papers and cards support provenance but do not authenticate a watch by themselves.
Superlative Watch Co. may retain listing snapshots, transaction records, serial and condition photographs, packaging records, carrier records and other evidence reasonably necessary to verify a later claim and prevent fraud or component switching.
9. Third-party marketplaces
A watch purchased through Bezel or another marketplace follows that platform’s checkout, authentication, tax, shipping, buyer-protection and return rules. Marketplace pricing may differ from direct pricing because of fees, processing costs, tax treatment and platform services.
10. Limitation and non-waivable rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superlative Watch Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from market-price changes, lost appreciation, lost use or third-party service decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where applicable. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. Any mandatory venue, arbitration or consumer-protection rule imposed by applicable law remains controlling.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These terms, the product listing, invoice, Shipping Policy, Return Policy & Permanent Authenticity Guarantee, Limited Authenticity Warranty and any signed written agreement form the complete direct-transaction agreement. A written watch-specific term controls over a conflicting general website term to the extent permitted by law.
