Watches marked as Special Order will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date. These items, specially sourced to fulfill your order, may experience a slight delay compared to our regular in-stock inventory.
SHIPMENT TIMING:
All watches shown in-stock are available for purchase and shipment. For verified payments received before 2 pm, we typically dispatch within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays for in-stock items. Specially sourced watches may require 2-5 business days, unless otherwise stated by our concierge.
PRE-SHIPMENT PROCESS:
Each watch is meticulously pulled from our showcase, verified against the website listing, and packaged with the corresponding box and papers. It then undergoes a series of tests conducted by our expert watchmaking team, ensuring proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water resistance (when applicable).
SHIPMENT PROCESS:
Your order is inspected, securely packed, and shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shipping is available to your billing address.
SHIPPING TERMS:
All Superlative Watch Company shipments are fully insured, securely packed, and require a signature upon delivery or pick-up at a local Fedex Facility as required by our insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

SALES TAX:
