Provide as much detail as possible so the Buying Desk can search for the correct watch rather than a generic alternative:
- brand, collection and exact reference;
- dial, bezel, metal, bracelet or strap;
- preferred production or card-date range;
- unworn or pre-owned condition and acceptable wear;
- box, papers, links, tags and other completeness requirements;
- budget, destination and preferred timing; and
- trade-in details, when applicable.
How Watch Sourcing Works
- Submit the request. The form records the watch and purchase criteria.
- Reference-level review. The Buying Desk confirms the target reference, acceptable alternatives and major condition or completeness requirements.
- Availability and terms. Any candidate watch, price, timing and included items are confirmed before a transaction is accepted.
- Verification and delivery. The selected watch follows the applicable verification, payment and shipping process.
