Superlative Watch Co. is an online-only luxury-watch retailer. This policy describes the general shipping process for direct purchases. The written product listing, invoice and order confirmation identify the terms for a specific transaction.

Shipping cost and service level

The checkout, product listing or invoice states whether shipping is complimentary and identifies the applicable service level. Direct shipments use tracked, signature-required and appropriately insured methods. Carrier selection can include UPS, FedEx or another approved high-value carrier based on destination, insurance requirements and service availability.

Processing time

• Confirmed in-stock watches: Orders are generally prepared after cleared payment, buyer and address verification, and the applicable pre-shipment review. Dispatch commonly requires approximately 1–2 business days, but the written order terms control.
• Sourced or special-order watches: These can require approximately 2–5 business days or longer depending on supplier release, verification, transit to Superlative Watch Co. and the written sourcing terms.
• Weekends, holidays and compliance review: Payment, carrier and verification timing can extend the estimate.

Quoted dispatch and delivery dates are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.

Pre-shipment review

Before shipment, the available watch is matched to the written order and reviewed for the represented reference, configuration, condition and included items. Functional, timing or water-resistance checks are performed only as appropriate to the individual watch and the written representation; water resistance is not assumed unless specifically tested and stated.

Delivery address, signature and carrier requirements

The buyer must provide a complete deliverable address and cooperate with payment, identity, carrier and insurance verification. A signature, approved hold location or other controlled-delivery step may be required. Address changes, redirects, third-party pickup and hold requests are subject to written approval and carrier or insurer rules.

Insurance and risk review

Shipments are insured in a manner appropriate to the written transaction and selected carrier service. Coverage can depend on correct packaging, tracking, signature, approved destination and compliance with carrier and insurer procedures. Do not request an unauthorized redirect or delivery change.

International shipping

International availability depends on the destination, watch, carrier, insurance and legal requirements. The buyer is responsible for confirming lawful importation and for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other destination-country fees unless the written invoice states otherwise. Customs and local authorities control clearance timing and can delay, hold or reject a shipment.

Shipping damage or package discrepancy

Inspect the package and watch promptly. Visible shipping damage, an incorrect item or a material package discrepancy must be reported in writing to sales@superlativewatchco.com within 24 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery. Preserve the watch, box, internal packaging, external carton, labels and all included items while a carrier or insurance review is pending.

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected as required by law based on the transaction, destination and available tax information. International customs duties and import taxes are separate from U.S. sales tax.
