72-hour delivery-issue remedy

We do not accept buyer-remorse returns. A wrong item, material transit damage, or a material difference from the written listing or invoice must be reported in writing within 72 consecutive hours after carrier-confirmed delivery. Authenticity is guaranteed separately for as long as the original retail purchaser continuously owns the specific watch delivered.

Preserve the watchThe watch must remain in the condition received and include all boxes, papers, links, accessories and packaging.
Material issues onlyThe remedy covers gross misdescription or material misrepresentation, not buyer's remorse, fit, preference or market-price changes.
Permanent authenticity guaranteeThe original purchaser is covered for as long as they continuously own the specific watch delivered, subject to same-watch and component verification under the controlling policy.

Confirm the seller identity, exact watch reference, physical possession or sourcing status, condition, year or card date when applicable, box and papers, bracelet length, included accessories, final price, payment instructions, shipping method and the policy governing the transaction.
