Royal Oak 37 mm vs. 41 mm
The current standard steel 15550 and 15510 are not merely one design scaled up or down. The 37 mm 15550 is 9.1 mm thick and uses Calibre 5900 with a stated 60-hour power reserve. The 41 mm 15510 is 10.5 mm thick and uses Calibre 4302 with a stated 70-hour reserve. AP rates representative steel references in both families to 50 metres.

Royal Oak Chronograph 26331 vs. 26240
The named standard steel references are both 41 mm, but the experience changes. AP lists the 26331ST at 11 mm thick with Calibre 2385. AP lists the 26240ST at 12.4 mm thick with integrated flyback Calibre 4401, whose architecture is visible through a sapphire caseback.

Royal Oak
The defining integrated-bracelet AP, with unusually visible sensitivity to bezel and bracelet finishing.

Apply condition after the specification table
A crisp earlier reference may be a stronger purchase than an over-refinished successor. Inspect Royal Oak bezel geometry and bracelet transitions; Offshore guards, pushers, rubber, strap and clasp; and Code 11.59 crystal, bezel, middle case and openworked lugs.
