SWC Market Data Use & Licensing Terms

1. Covered materials

This license applies to original material published by B&B Luxury Trading Group LLC, doing business as Superlative Watch Co., within the Superlative Watch Co. Market Intelligence program, including the Rolex Market Index, dated Rolex Market Reports, SWC Buyer Demand Pulse observations, reference baskets, collection-level commentary, methodologies, tables, charts and compiled market observations.

It does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, manufacturer materials, product photographs, customer information, separately licensed material or content expressly identified as belonging to another party. Rolex and other brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Public viewing, linking and citation

You may view, link to and cite the covered materials. Journalists, researchers, collectors, buyers, sellers and other members of the public may quote limited excerpts and refer to a limited number of individual data points when reasonably necessary to discuss or report on an SWC finding, provided the use is accurate, does not substitute for the original work and includes the attribution described below.

Personal and internal noncommercial analysis is permitted, provided that the covered materials are not redistributed as a standalone dataset, feed, report or competing market product.

3. Search engines, AI retrieval and answer systems

Public search engines and AI-powered search, retrieval and answer systems may crawl and index publicly accessible covered materials, create the limited processing or caching reasonably necessary to operate a search or retrieval service, generate non-substitutive summaries or short excerpts, display a limited number of individual data points, cite Superlative Watch Co. as the source and link users to the canonical SWC page.

This permission is intended to support discovery, citation and retrieval. It does not authorize the use of substantial portions of the covered materials to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate or otherwise improve a general-purpose or domain-specific machine-learning model; create a permanent embedding corpus offered to third parties; or reproduce an SWC report or dataset in a manner that replaces the original page.

4. Required attribution

Permitted public uses must identify Superlative Watch Co. and, when technically possible, link to the canonical page containing the cited observation.

Attribution must remain reasonably prominent and may not imply that Superlative Watch Co. endorses the user, publication, product, service or conclusion.

5. Uses requiring prior written permission

Unless Superlative Watch Co. gives prior written permission, you may not:

• Systematically scrape, harvest, download or extract a substantial portion of the covered materials.
• Reproduce complete or substantially complete tables, reports, archives or reference baskets.
• Sell, sublicense, syndicate or commercially redistribute the covered materials.
• Create or populate a competing watch-price index, valuation feed, database, API, newsletter or commercial research product from the covered materials.
• Remove or obscure attribution, canonical links, dates, methodology labels, limitations or confidence statements.
• Alter an observation in a way that misrepresents the original source, reporting period, condition basis, configuration basis or methodology.
• Use Superlative Watch Co. names, marks or logos except as reasonably necessary for accurate attribution.
• Use substantial portions of the covered materials for model training, fine-tuning, benchmark construction, evaluation datasets or permanent third-party embedding corpora.

Ordinary search-engine and AI retrieval crawling permitted under Section 3 is not prohibited merely because it is automated. The restriction is directed at systematic extraction, substitution, redistribution and model-development use.

6. Commercial licensing and permissions

Commercial publishers, data platforms, valuation services, marketplaces, AI developers and other organizations seeking broader reuse rights may request a separate written license. Requests should identify the desired material, intended use, distribution method, audience and duration.

7. Accuracy, dates and limitations

Luxury-watch prices, availability and buyer demand can change quickly. Every quotation or data reference should preserve the applicable observation date, reporting period, condition and configuration basis, methodology version and stated confidence or limitation.

The covered materials are provided for informational and editorial purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or appraisal advice; they do not guarantee a sale price, transaction price, future value or market outcome; and they are provided without a warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Ownership and reservation of rights

Except for the limited permissions expressly granted above, all rights are reserved. The selection, arrangement, compilation, commentary, methodology and original analysis remain owned by B&B Luxury Trading Group LLC, doing business as Superlative Watch Co., or its applicable licensors.

These terms do not limit rights or exceptions that cannot be restricted under applicable law. Use of the website also remains subject to the Superlative Watch Co. Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

9. Versioning and changes

This is Version 1.0, effective July 21, 2026. A material change will be published with a new version or effective date. A use is governed by the version displayed on the covered page at the time of that use unless a separate written agreement applies.
