Policy summary: We do not accept buyer-remorse returns or exchanges. A materially incorrect, materially misdescribed or transit-damaged delivery must be reported in writing within 72 consecutive hours after carrier-confirmed delivery. Authenticity is guaranteed separately for as long as the original retail purchaser continuously owns the specific watch we delivered, subject to the identity-verification terms below.
This policy applies to direct purchases from B&B Luxury Trading Group LLC d/b/a Superlative Watch Co. (“Superlative Watch Co.”). Transactions completed through Bezel or another third-party marketplace remain subject to that platform’s separate terms.
All sales final—no buyer-remorse returns
Superlative Watch Co. does not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges because a purchaser changes their mind, finds another watch, experiences a change in market value or pricing, no longer wants the watch, prefers a different watch, or changes a financing or payment arrangement.
“All sales final” applies to buyer-remorse returns. It does not eliminate the 72-Hour Delivery Issue Remedy, the Limited Authenticity Warranty below, a written watch-specific representation, or any right that cannot lawfully be limited.
72-Hour Delivery Issue Remedy
The original purchaser must notify us in writing at sales@superlativewatchco.com within 72 consecutive hours after carrier-confirmed delivery if the watch received is incorrect, has material transit damage, or materially differs from the written product listing or invoice in a manner reasonably discoverable during prompt inspection.
The notice must identify the order, describe the claimed issue, and include reasonable supporting photographs or video. The purchaser must preserve the watch, every included item, the internal and external packaging, shipping labels and other shipping materials. Do not ship anything back until Superlative Watch Co. provides written authorization and insured return instructions.
Condition and identity requirements
To remain eligible for the 72-hour remedy:
- the returned watch must be the same watch delivered, with matching serial information and other identifying characteristics;
- the watch must remain in the condition received and may not be worn beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection;
- the watch may not be resized, polished, altered, opened, serviced, damaged, or have any component removed, installed, replaced or exchanged after delivery;
- factory stickers, Superlative Watch Co. control tags, protective materials and seals may not be removed except to the limited extent reasonably necessary to inspect the watch;
- all boxes, papers, cards, links, accessories, tags, packaging and documentation supplied with the watch must be returned; and
- the purchaser must cooperate with reasonable serial-number, condition, payment, carrier, fraud-prevention and insurance verification.
If inspection reasonably confirms a covered delivery issue and confirms that the returned watch is the watch we delivered, Superlative Watch Co. will refund the original purchase price and sales tax actually paid to us after the complete watch and all included items are surrendered. A replacement may be provided only if both parties agree in writing. No restocking fee or return-shipping charge applies to a confirmed covered claim.
The 72-hour procedure applies to delivery issues reasonably discoverable during prompt inspection. It does not apply to authenticity claims and does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Special orders, sourced watches and deposits
Special orders, sourced watches, negotiated transactions and deposits are firm once sourcing, procurement, a supplier hold or supplier payment begins, unless different written terms are approved before purchase. Those transactions remain covered if the delivered watch materially differs from the written transaction terms and remain covered by the Limited Authenticity Warranty below.
Permanent Authenticity Guarantee—Limited Authenticity Warranty
Authenticity is guaranteed for as long as the original retail purchaser continuously owns the specific watch we delivered.
Superlative Watch Co. warrants that the specific watch delivered by us, and every component expressly represented in the written product listing or invoice as genuine, original or manufacturer-made, was authentic as represented at the time of delivery.
This Limited Authenticity Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser named on our invoice and remains available for as long as that purchaser continuously owns the watch. It is nontransferable and ends upon any sale, gift, assignment or other transfer of ownership. It does not revive if the original purchaser later reacquires the watch.
Coverage applies only to the specific watch and covered components delivered by us. It does not cover a different or substituted watch; a watch or component installed, substituted or exchanged after delivery; or a component that was not represented by us in writing as genuine, original or manufacturer-made. Material covered components can include the case, movement, dial, hands, bezel, bracelet or strap, and clasp when the written listing or invoice made the applicable representation.
Identity and authenticity verification
An authenticity claim is not limited to 72 hours. The original purchaser may contact sales@superlativewatchco.com at any time while they continuously own the watch and provide proof of purchase and reasonable supporting evidence. Before any remedy is issued, the purchaser must make the complete watch available through our authorized insured inspection process.
Superlative Watch Co. will evaluate the claim reasonably and in good faith using the totality of available evidence. That evidence may include the invoice; reference and serial records; movement or movement-number records when available; high-resolution photographs and video; engravings and markings; weight, link count, configuration and condition records; and identifying characteristics of the case, movement, dial, hands, bezel, bracelet or strap, clasp, documents and accessories.
An external serial number alone is insufficient. A serial number or warranty card can be copied or reproduced. A manufacturer service refusal, manufacturer rejection letter, authentication report or third-party opinion may support and begin an investigation, but standing alone it does not establish that the submitted watch is the specific watch we delivered, that its components are the components we delivered, or that the watch was inauthentic as represented at the time of delivery. None of those items automatically entitles a claimant to a refund.
We may require examination by the manufacturer or a qualified independent watch expert, including reasonable examination of the movement, movement number when available, case, dial, hands, bezel, bracelet or strap, clasp, engravings and other identifying characteristics.
Service or repair by an independent watchmaker does not automatically terminate this warranty. Coverage does not apply to a component replaced or altered after delivery, damage caused by post-delivery work, or a claim where a post-delivery substitution or alteration makes reliable identification reasonably impossible.
No refund is issued unless the evidence reasonably confirms both that the submitted watch is the specific watch delivered by Superlative Watch Co. and that the watch or a covered component was inauthentic as represented at the time of delivery.
Authenticity remedy
If a covered authenticity claim is confirmed, our exclusive contractual remedy, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is a refund of the original purchase price and sales tax actually paid to us. The refund is issued after the purchaser surrenders the complete verified watch and transfers good title to it, free of liens.
The contractual remedy does not pay current market value, market appreciation, replacement cost, loss of use, unauthorized appraisal expenses, third-party financing interest, or incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Superlative Watch Co. will pay the cost of any inspection it requires and arranges. If a claim is confirmed, we will also pay or reimburse authorized insured shipping and reasonable authorized third-party inspection expenses. If a claim is not confirmed, the purchaser remains responsible only for expenses the purchaser chose or incurred without our prior written authorization, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The Limited Authenticity Warranty does not cover timekeeping, power reserve, water resistance, ordinary wear, later damage, market value, manufacturer warranty or service eligibility. Boxes, papers and accessories are covered only to the extent the written listing or invoice expressly represents them as genuine manufacturer-issued items.
Fraudulent submissions
A knowingly substituted watch, component, document or intentionally false claim is not covered. Superlative Watch Co. may preserve and report evidence of an intentionally fraudulent submission to an insurer, payment provider, manufacturer or law-enforcement authority as appropriate. This provision does not affect the fair handling of a good-faith claim.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Nothing in this policy limits rights, remedies or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
